Improvement/Land Permits, Liquor/Marijuana Licenses, Marriage Licenses, Recording Fees, Releases, Service Fees, Tax Certificates (CTDs), Tax Roll/Data Files, & Transportation Permit

• SJC Clerk/Recorder: Recording Fee Changes: Effective July 1, 2025, in compliance with C.R.S. 30-1-103, recording fees are a flat fee of $43.00 per document regardless of the number of pages. Death certificates are exempt from fees.
