Road & Bridge: All County Roads are closed for the winter 2025-2026 season
SJC Clerk/Recorder: Recording Fee Changes: Effective July 1, 2025, in compliance with C.R.S. 30-1-103, recording fees are a flat fee of $43.00 per document regardless of the number of pages. Death certificates are exempt from fees.
